Click add filter and always leave "Destination" as "Discard"
Providing you have already setup Spam Assassin - you can filter all mail that Spam Assassin has marked as spam, just choose "SpamAssassin Spam Header", "begins with", and then enter "Yes" in the box and click submit or activate.
Click go back then add the next three filters
Choose "SpamAssassin Spam Header" contains then enter "Spam detection" and enter Discard.
Choose body then choose contains then enter "Spam detection" and enter Discard.
Choose Any Header contains then enter "Received: from unknown" and enter Discard.
This will filter 90% of all spam, remember; the only person who can really decide if a particular email is junk, is you.
When Complete your cpanel Filter Maintenance should look like.

$h_X-Spam-Status: begins "Yes" Discard
$h_X-Spam-Status: contains "Spam detection" Discard
$message_body contains "Spam detection" Discard
$message_headers contains "Received: from unknown" Discard
NOTE: you can add other restrictions/phrases/filters but remember, you can easily block wanted email also if not careful.
