If you design or update your own website Insiteweb Design will assist you in the management of your website for the same price as typical self service hosting. Typically web hosting companies will not provide help or advise with html or other development issues however Insiteweb will in good faith provide as much advise an information as possible to assist you at no charge. The purpose of managed web hosting is to provide a solid support system for businesses that depend on their website for income.   top^|
     
  • Account Manager: If your website is developed and  hosted by Insiteweb Design you will have an account manager that is knowledgeable about the design of your website, databases and shopping cart systems and whom you may call for emergency support or email directly for priority support. You will also have general 24/7 support. top^
     
  • Account Manager +: If your website is developed and  hosted by Insiteweb Design you will be assigned a account manager that is thoroughly  familiar with the design of your website, databases, shopping cart and other related systems. You may call (9-5 EST M-F) or email directly for any support issue. Your account manager will provide up to 1 hour per month of any type design, programming or update service at no extra cost. You will have priority above all other levels of clients for any request. You will also have general 24/7 support. top^
     
  • Help - Which account should I order? If you have a business that you depend on for income and you want professional management for the online portion of your business with quick answers from developers that actually design and program web systems choose "Managed Hosting 2". If you have a part time or new business, with a tight budget and/or you're just testing the market with a new project and you are fairly web savvy, choose "Web Hosting 1". The main difference, is the disk space (Meg) , a few features and most of all dedicated support. If you need to call and talk out issues with a developer you will need Web Hosting Pak 2 . top^
